# Hi! I'm Fathima V.T., a Second-Year B.Tech Information Technology student and a passionate mentor who believes that every student can succeed with the right guidance. My journey began as a Biology student until Plus Two, where I qualified the NEET examination. Later, due to personal reasons, I chose engineering and stepped into the world of technology. Even without a computer science background, I dedicated myself to learning and proved that determination and consistent effort can help anyone master a new field. I started teaching while I was in 8th standard, and over the years, I've had the opportunity to mentor students of different ages and learning levels. These experiences taught me that no two students learn in the same way. ### My Teaching Method I don't begin by opening a textbook—I begin by understanding you. Before starting lessons, I assess each student's current level, strengths, learning style, and areas that need improvement. Based on this, I create a learning plan that matches the student's pace and goals. My classes focus on: - Building strong fundamentals before moving to advanced topics. - Explaining concepts in a simple and practical way. - Providing clear, grade-wise handwritten or digital notes. - Regular practice, revision, and doubt-clearing sessions. - Encouraging confidence and independent thinking instead of memorization. My aim is not only to help students score better marks but also to help them truly understand what they are learning and enjoy the process.
